Grace Healey has over 20 years of industry experience, and has become a go-to property expert with a reputation for providing a unique, concierge style of customer service that’s second to none.
Fluent in Chinese and English, she has a deep understanding of both Asian and Western cultures, allowing her to offer Chinese investors/renters with a thorough understanding of Australian property regulations.

Grace has been selected to represent large scale, multi-million dollar developments, including the cutting edge ‘The Castle’ and ‘OTTOSTAY’ . Working closely with the architect/developer during and after construction, she was able to successfully market, communicate and ultimately lease dozens of luxurious studios to students internationally.

She offers a heart-to-heart approach with her clients and considers them as part of her extended family. With a long list of record breaking achievements that few can attest to, she has developed long lasting business relationships built on a foundation of trust, respect and integrity.

About Martin

Martin Healey joined  Grace Healey Property family two years ago after 25 years experience working within  IT as a Team Leader for a large Financial institution.
Bringing a wealth of business skills in his position as office manager Martin is committed to providing high quality service and customer satisfaction to our customers.
He is presently completing his Certificate IV in  Real Estate Practice which he is excited about in helping him further his career in Property Management whilst providing
our customers with a high level of expertise.

About Sian P DeGuzman

Sian has been in the Real Estate industry for almost five years and has been with the  Grace Healey Property family for over three years as an administrative assistant.
 
She provides exceptional 5-star customer service and always exceeds in her excellent communication skills with our clients to ensure they are kept in the loop.
