Fluent in both Chinese and English, she has a deep understanding of Asian and Western cultures, enabling her to confidently guide Chinese investors and renters through Australian property regulations with clarity and care.
Specialising in high-value properties, GHP has been entrusted with large-scale, multi-million-dollar developments, including Castle Student Accommodation and Otto Stay. Working closely with architects and developers throughout and beyond construction, Grace has successfully marketed, communicated, and leased dozens of luxury studios to students worldwide. With a warm, heart-to-heart approach, she builds genuine connections with her clients, often considering them part of her extended family.

Leveraging a successful 25-year career as an IT Team Leader within a major financial institution, Martin Healey transitioned his extensive expertise to the real estate industry in 2021. As Office Manager at Grace Healey Property, he forms the operational backbone of the agency, ensuring every aspect of the business runs seamlessly and to the highest standard.
His commitment to excellence extends far beyond administration. It’s about creating a consistently smooth, positive experience for every client and partner we work with.
