• Once a room type & property has been chosen by the tenant, Castle Student Accommodation (“Castle”) will reserve the room/property for 48 hours

• To confirm your booking one-month deposit is required on booking ( The deposit will go toward the rent payable under the terms of the agreement

• If the prospective tenant(s) decides not to proceed/enter into such an agreement, the upfront deposit of 1 month will be forfeited.

• Once an occupancy agreement has been signed, the tenant must comply with the terms and conditions of the agreement Under the terms of the agreement, the tenant is required to pay the rental due for the term of the agreement. If the tenant wants to cancel their agreement with Castle Student Accommodation (“Castle”), Tenant(s) will be required to find a replacement tenant to take over the agreement. This will incur a cancellation/administration fee of 1 week’s rent.
