Once a room type & property has been chosen by the occupant, Keystone Property will reserve the room/property for 48 hours
To confirm your booking one-month deposit is required on booking ( The deposit will go toward the rent payable under the terms of the agreement
If the prospective occupant (s) decides not to proceed/enter into such an agreement, the upfront deposit of 1 month will be forfeited.
Once an occupancy agreement has been signed, the Occupant must comply with the terms and conditions of the agreement Under the terms of the agreement, the Occupant is required to pay the rental due for the term of the agreement. If the Occupant wants to cancel their agreement with Keystone Property, Occupant (s) will be required to find a replacement tenant to take over the agreement.
